you can leave your website as is for years to come if you so
choose, and it would still maintain its effectiveness.
However, in the event you would like to make changes to your
website, you have two basic options. Option One is, you
can make the changes yourself. Don't worry, this IS NOT as hard
as it sounds. Really! Not only have we put comments in the code
of every page on your website that show you EXACTLY where to
and where not to place or edit new text and images, but we also
provide you with access to very detailed, yet extremely easy-to-follow
step by step resources that will lay out in detail the entire
process.
If you are a little nervous or unsure
about attempting to edit your own website, please feel free

Option Two for maintaining your website that you may
wish to consider, is a Maintenance Plan, provided
by Fast & Affordable Websites. Though, quite honestly
we'd rather see you save your money and learn how easy it is
to edit your own website, as suggested in Option One.
However, if for whatever reason Option One does not appeal to

"As-Needed / Per Edit Plan" is designed for
those who want to make changes to one or more pages on their
website, but do not plan on doing so on a regular basis.
The "Ongoing / Scheduled Plan" is more for
those who wish to change the content of their website often,
for example every two weeks or every month.

provides the written content and images for my website?"
It is YOUR website... you own it, you decide what you want it
to say about you and your company!
We understand that while some people find that fact very exciting,
others may find it a bit intimidating. So, once again Fast
& Affordable Websites' need to see you succeed steps
in by providing each and every client with a "Suggested
Content" document.
This "Suggested Content" document lets even the "non-writer"
create informative, professionally written content, by giving
you specific but loose guidelines for the overall information
appropriate for each individual page of your website. The document
also includes actual examples of content that were created for
each page using the "Suggested Content" document as
a guide.
And of course if you ever find yourself at a loss for words,
you are ALWAYS welcome to call us directly for any help you
may need.
As far as images for your website, you have several options
there as well. First, you may provide us with digital images,
such as those taken directly with a digital camera. If you don't
own one, perhaps a friend may let you borrow theirs.
The second option is, you could provide us with regular printed
pictures, such as those you pick up at your local photomat.
We can then use our scanner to professionally digitize these
images and prepare them for use on your website.
Last, if you prefer, you could select appropriate images for
your website from our stock photography and image library. There,
you are certain to find quality images to assist in portraying
your company professionally.
